Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Cancelling and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 16, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 2011-CA-007906 NC, in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR ASSET BACKED SECURITIES CORPORATION HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2004-HE3, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-HE3 is the Plaintiff, and ANGEL SANTOS PEREZ, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOT 1, UNIT NO. 1, NEW LEISURE LAKES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 13th day of December, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
