NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 9th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2007 CA 015534 SC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida. U.S. Bank National Association, As Trustee For The C-Bass Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-CB5, Plaintiff and GINELLE M JEAN-JACQUES; SERGE JEAN-JACQUES JR; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 9:00 AM ON THE PRESCRIBED DATE this October 15th, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 29, BLOCK 2531, FIFTY-FIRST ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 8, 8A THROUGH 8GG, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
