NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 26, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-006729-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and CHRISTIAN J RASMUSSEN; BARBARA RASMUSSEN; CITIBANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; SHERWOOD FOREST OWNERS ASSOCIATION OF SARASOTA COUNTY, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A ZACARY RASMUSSEN are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 10th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
