Penix, Sr., Deborah A. Wendell a/k/a Deborah Wendell, as an Heir of the Estate of Joseph E. Penix, Sr. a/k/a Joseph Edward Penix, Sr., Discover Bank , Gregory Alan Penix a/k/a Gregory A.
