NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 12, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-017405-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of the IndyMac INDX Mortgage Loan Trust 2005-AR15, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-AR15 under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated July 1, 2005 is the Plaintiff and , WILSON BARRERA; and ONEWEST BANK SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO INDYMAC BANK, F.S.B.; and SARASOTA COUNTY; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A LISA DENNIS are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 9:00 A.M. on the 10th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
