Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Cancelling and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 13, 2013 entered in Civil Case Number 2012 CA 003030 NC , in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and ALBERT CAMPBELL, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOT 20 AND THE SOUTH ONE-HALF OF LOT 21, BLOCK C, BAY VIEW MANOR SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGES 13 AND 13A, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 4th day of November, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
