NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated June 13, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 2009CA006617NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES LLC, is Plaintiff, and WILLIAM DANIEL GOLDEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAM DANIEL GOLDEN IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; GULF GATE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendant(s).
KAREN E. RUSHING, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at Www.Sarasota.Realforeclose.Com at 9:00 a.m. on the 11th day of October, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 44, GULF GATE, UNIT 10, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 13 AND 13A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
