NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 12, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-010340 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee under Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of August 1, 2005 Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-WHQ4, is the Plaintiff and John J. Russo, Sarasota Coastal Credit Union, Tenant #1 n/k/a Michael Moshier, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com , Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 30th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 2, AND THE SOUTH 20 FEET OF LOT 4, AND THE EAST 54.8 FEET OF LOTS 1 AND 3, LESS THE NORTH 10 FEET OF LOT 3, BLOCK B, THOMAS CANTRELL SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 129, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
