NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered September 9, 2013 in Civil Case No. 58-2009-CA-014709 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is Plaintiff and JACK G. SHULTZ, CAROL J. SHULTZ ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, MYRTLE TRACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., PLANTATION MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION, INC., JOAN M.
