NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on Amended Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated September 9, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2012 CA 007854 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 14th day of October, 2013, at 9:00 a.m. online at the website: https://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 5 AND 6, BLOCK 53, VENICE BY-WAY SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 61, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
