NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 9, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 001793 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”) is Plaintiff and AUDREY MAYO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF AUDREY MAYO; TAMYRA MAYO; ROBERT WAYNE MAYO A/K/A ROBERT W. MAYO; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; SUNTRUST BANK; VENICE PALMS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M., on the 17th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 111, VENICE PALMS, PAHSE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE(S) 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
