NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 12th day of September, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 002261 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. RESIDENTIAL CREDIT SOLUTIONS, INC. is Plaintiff and SALENA YODER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SALENA YODER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M., on the 18th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 30, TAMIAMI TERRACE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 93, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
