GARRETT A/K/A DEBRA GARRETT; WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; STATE OF FLORIDA - DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 24th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
