I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Lee Public Auction website, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on the 16 day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 32 AND 33, BLOCK 32, UNIT 3, FORT MYERS SHORES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 26-28, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other then the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
