Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6th day of August, 2010, and entered in Case No. 09CA57707, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Lee County Public Auction website, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on the 14 day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST HALF OF LOT 13, BLOCK 43, UNIT 11, REPLAT OF SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 263, PAGE 360 AND PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other then the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
