BACALLAO; LUCIA BACALLAO A/K/A LUCIA V. BACALLAO; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; BERMUDA PARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE VILLAGES OF BONITA MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 14 day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 202, BUILDING 13, BERMUDA PARK, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3609, PAGES 4068 THROUGH 4223, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION, AND AS MAY BE AMENDED. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
