NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 13, 2013 and entered in Case No. 36-2012-CA-050547 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE INC. is the Plaintiff and PETER RIETMANN; BIMINI PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A ALISHA RAICHLE are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 14 day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
BUILDING A, APARTMENT NO. 8, BIMINI PLACE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF RECORDED FEBRUARY 28, 1977 IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1184, PAGE 1984, AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1263, PAGE 1929, OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 2220, PAGE 4313, AND ANY OTHER AMENDMENTS THERETO ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. SUBJECT TO ALL OF THE PROVISIONS OF SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM WHICH THE PARTY OF THE SECOND PART ASSUMES AND AGREES TO OBSERVE AND PERFORM INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE PAYMENT OF ASSESSMENTS FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF SAID APARTMENT AND CONDOMINIUM.
