Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on October 17, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK S, TWELFTH STREET PARK, SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHGIH ACRES, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
