NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 17, 2013, entered in Case Number 13-CA-052958 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WBCMT 2007-C31 WINKLER AVENUE, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is the Plaintiff, and METRO PARK GARDENS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company; JAMES R. SHAW; JAMES R. SHAW REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED 8/20/93 and METRO PARK ASSOCIATION, INC, an inactive Florida corporation, are the Defendants, that LINDA DOGGETT, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Lee County, Florida, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 a.m. on October 17, 2013, the following described property, together with all improvements, appurtenances and fixtures, as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOT 1, FIRST RESUBDIVISION OF BLOCK C, METRO PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41 PAGES 45 AND 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
