Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 13th day of September, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-054014, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes on the 14 day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 125.80 FEET OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE EAST 1/5 OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 43 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS AND PUBLIC UTILITIES OVER AND ACROSS THE SOUTHERLY 10 FEET OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PARCEL OF LAND:
FROM THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 43 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, RUN EAST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SECTION FOR 966 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTH FOR 335.25 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. FROM SAID POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE RUN EAST 392.35 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH 130.25 FEEL; THENCE RUN WEST FOR 276.30 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH 45° 26' 20” WEST FOR 5 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO A CANAL; THENCE WESTERLY ALONG SAID CANAL TO A LINE RUNNING NORTH 0° 16' 30” WEST PASSING THROUGH THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH ALONG SAID LINE TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other then the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
