NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEn that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 17, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 11-CC-6967 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on the 17 day of October, 2013 beginning 9:00 a.m., the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Building 7, Unit 1128, Phase 7, of Bella Casa Luxury Condominium, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium for Bella Casa Luxury Condominium, as recorded at Instrument No. 2006000216331, as amended by that instrument appearing at Instrument No. 2006000219282 and as further amended by that instrument appearing at Instrument No. 2006000243186, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
