The South Half (S 1/2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of Section 22, Township 43 South, Range 25 East, Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
