YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title to the following described real property in Lee County, Florida:
All of that certain piece or parcel of land lying and being in the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 27, Township 46 South, Range 22 East, Sanibel Island, Lee County, Florida, lying South of the maintained right-of-way of Island Inn Road and being more particularly described as follows:
From the center of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 27, Township 46 South, Range 22 East run Southerly along the quarter-quarter section line South 00 degrees 53'50” East for 720.99 feet to a concrete monument; thence run Westerly South 88 degrees 38'00” West for 170.10 feet to a concrete monument and the Point of Beginning of the herein described parcel of land; from said point of beginning continue South 88 degrees 38'00” West for 418.79 feet to a concrete monument set at the Southerly side of the maintained right-of-way of Island Inn Road; thence run Northeasterly along the average Southerly edge of the maintained right-of-way of Island Inn Road North 76 degrees 16'30” East for 429.50 feet to a concrete monument; thence run Southerly South 00 degrees 53'50” East for 91.93 feet to the Point of Beginning.
has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Henry W. Hicks, Esq., attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 601 S. Fremont Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33606 on or before October 29, 2013, and to file the original with the Clerk of this court either before service on plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
