Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 17 day of September, 2013, and entered in case No. 13-CC-002999 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CAVENDISH SQUARE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and LINDA L. SIMPSON is the Defendant. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 17 day of October, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit 202A, CAVENDISH SQUARE CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1795 Page 2170-2213, as amended, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
