Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 16th day of September, 2013, and entered in Case Number 10-CA-060351 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein PREMIER AMERICAN BANK, N.A., as successor-in-trustee to Peninsula Bank, is the Plaintiff, and SUPER STOP PETROLEUM, INC., a Florida Corporation, HWY 31 INVESTMENTS, INC., a Florida Corporation, HWY 80 INVESTMENTS, INC., a Florida Corporation, SUPER STOP BRADENTON, INC., a Florida Corporation, MAHAMMAD A. QURESHI, individually, and DENISE A. QURESHI, individually, are the Defendants. The Clerk of Circuit Court will sell ot the highest and best bidder online at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions at 9:00 A.M., on the 18 day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Begin at a point 3,991 feet North and 50 feet East of the Southwest corner of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 19, Township 35 South, Range 18 East, and run North 125.00 feet, East 200.00 feet, South 125.00 feet and West 200.00 feet, to the Point of Beginning, Lying and being in Section 18, Township 35 South, Range 18 East, Manatee County, Florida, LESS the South 32.67 feet thereof.
