Notice is given pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure filed August 26, 2013 and Order of September 19, 2013, in Case No. 13-CA-000070, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which CAROL LEPORE and TROY SCIALDONE are the Plaintiffs and ANNA ROQUE a/k/a ANNA ALEXANDRA PAGANI; BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; LORIE A. ZANDER; and EMBARQ FLORIDA, INC., are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash beginning 9:00 A.M. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on October 21, 2013, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment in Foreclosure:
Lots 11, 13 and 16, Block 71, Unit 8, Section 28, Township 44 South, Range 26 East, Lehigh Acres, Florida, according to the map or plat on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 78 of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
(Strap Number 28-44-26-08-00071.0110, Strap Number 28-44-28-08-00071.0130, and Strap Number 28-44-26-08-00071.0160, respectively).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens filed herein, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
