NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 6, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 10-CA-059910 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff and BILLY WYATT, SUSAN WYATT, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY,
are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 5th day of December, 2013 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lots 12, 13 and 14, Block 5990, of that certain subdivision known as Cape Coral, Unit 94, according to the map or plat thereof on file and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, in Plat Book 25, page(s) 35-39
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
