Myers, Florida, the office of Linda Doggett will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 am on the 23 day of October, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 104 DORAL PALACE CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4558, PAGE 2101, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PBULIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
