NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 4, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-011380 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S Bank National Association, as trustee for J.P. MORGAN Mortgage Trust 2005-S1, is the Plaintiff and Kamal Dimian, Nadia H. Dimian, JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA, Richmond Place Property Owners Association, Inc., Tenant #1 n/k/a Aziza Ibtahin, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 17th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
