Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, the Clerk shall sell the property situated in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida described as:
LOT 4, BLOCK 10, HIGHLAND PINES REVISED, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 52, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 3007 North 44th Street, Tampa, Florida 33605, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on DECEMBER 10, 2013, at 10:00 A.M.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
