JIRON BALLADRES; SOMERSET PARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; SOMERSET PARK, LLC A DISSOLVED CORPORATION; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 11/04/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 2802B, BUILDING 8, SOMERSET PARK, A CONDOMINIUM, FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15971, AT PAGES 1 THROUGH 101 AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
