THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-13, Plaintiff and BUITRAGO FAMILY LAND TRUST; JUAN BUITRAGO A/K/A JUAN F BUITRAGO; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 10:00 AM ON THE PRESCRIBED DATE this October 16th, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
