NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 16, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-016275, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY FKA BANKERS TRUST COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS VENDEE MORTGAGE TRUST 2001-1 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and PERSEPHONE L. CANTY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PERSEPHONE L. CANTY; UNKNOWN HEIRS OF PERSEPHONE L. CANTY; CITY OF TAMPA, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 25th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK 22, CLAIR-MEL CITY, UNIT NO. 4, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 81, OF THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
