THE WEST 9.00 FEET OF THE EAST 318.66 FEET OF THE SOUTH 165.00 FEET OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, LESS RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR RISK STREET, ALL LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
