NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-025728 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association as Trustee successor by merger to LaSalle Bank NA as trustee for Washington Mutual Asset-Backed Certificates WMABS Series 2006-HE5 Trust., is the Plaintiff and Solomon Oyegunle a/k/a Soloman Oyegunle, Tenant # 1 n/k/a Sadina Rayner, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 30th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
