NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the County Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
Lot 26 in Block 4 of COLLEGE CHASE PHASE 2, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 106, Page 258, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, and any subsequent amendments to the aforesaid.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via the Internet at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on November 1st, 2013.
