NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 4, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-010309 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee, on behalf of the holders of the Home Equity Asset Trust 2006-5Home Equity Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-5, is the Plaintiff and Ronette Lee, Steve Lee, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 18th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 5, BLOCK G, OF TERRACE GABLES, TOGETHER WITH THE WEST 1/2 OF VACATED ALLEY ABUTTING ON THE EAST THEREOF, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
