NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment In Favor Of Plaintiff Harbour Court Condominium Association, Inc., entered in this action on the 9th day of September, 2013, I will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on November 1, 2013 at 10:00 a.m., the following described property:
Unit 2609, Building 2, Harbour Court Condominium Phase I, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4991, Page 369, and according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 10, Page 23, all of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with an undivided share or interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
and improvements thereon, located at Harbour Court at 1000 S. Harbour Island Blvd. Apt. 2609, Tampa, Florida 33602 (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
