NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 16, 2013, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-001596, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is Plaintiff and TATIANA DIXON; JAMAAL DIXON; RIVERCREST HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; AQUA FINANCE, INC.; RIVERCREST COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A RORPM CISTOS, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 4th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 39, RIVERCREST PHASE 2 PARCEL “K” AND “P”, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 102, PAGE 293, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
