NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 4, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-002823 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, NA, is the Plaintiff and Hector Garcia Medrano, Tenant #1 n/k/a Maria Mejias, Tenant #2 n/k/a Ferdinand Afanador, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 17th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
ALL OF LOT 6 AND A PORTION OF LOT 7 OF MCDONALD TARRACCE AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGE 59 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 7; THENCE NORTH OO DEG 45'11” EAST (AN ASSUMED BEARING) ALONG THE WEST BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 7 FOR A DISTANCE OF 49.33 FEET; THENCE NORTH 88 DEG OO'07” EAST, FOR A DISTANCE OF 30.03 FEET OF THE WEST BOUNDARY OF THE EAST 40.00 FEET OF SAID LOT 7; THENCE SOUTH 00 DEG 45'11” WEST ALONG SAID WEST BOUNDARY FOR A DISTANCE OF 50.43 FEET TO THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 7; THENCE NORTH 90 DEG 00'00” WEST FOR A DISTANCE OF 30.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
