NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 4, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-008566 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which HSBC Mortgage Services Inc., is the Plaintiff and Alma L. Pierce, Cliston R. Pierce a/k/a Robert C. Pierce, Hillsborough County, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 21st day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT BEGINNING 385 FEET WEST OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE WEST HALF (W ½) OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER (NE ¼) OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER (NW ¼) OF SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; RUN THENCE SOUTH 325 FEET; THENCE WEST 275 FEET; THENCE NORTH 325 FEET; THENCE EAST 275 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LESS THE NORTH 25 FEET FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY.
TOGETHER WITH A MOBILE HOME LOCATED THEREON AS A PERMANENT FIXTURE AND APPURTENANCE THERETO.
