Whidden, Russellwood Condominium Association, Inc., Secured Funding Corp., a California Corporation, Tenant #1 n/k/a Brian Sallaz, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 21st day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT K-277, OF RUSSELLWOOD, A CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED MAY 5, 1991 IN O.R. BOOK 3807, PAGES 1312 THROUGH 1369, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 43 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
