NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-000246 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage, LLC., is the Plaintiff and Jose Rubianes A/K/A Jose S. Rubianes, Mary Ann Rubianes, Bank of America, N.A., Wildewood at Plantation Homeowners' Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 25th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
