NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-010127 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage, LLC., is the Plaintiff and Bac Van Truong, Thuy Phuong Truong, John Doe A/K/A Michelle Morales, Kingsway Estates Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 1st day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 21, BLOCK 1, KINGSWAY PHASE 2, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 109, PAGE 35, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
