NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 10, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-029278 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, National Association As Trustee For Securitized Asset Backed Receivables LLC 2005-FR4 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-FR4, is the Plaintiff and Edgar Ardila, John Doe n/k/a Jovet Guzman, Unknown Spouse of Edgar Ardila (Refused Name), are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 1st day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
