LOT 2, BLOCK 27 OF OAKWOOD TERRACE TOWNHOMES PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 108, PAGE(S) 148 THROUGH 151, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 3032 BEAR OAK DR, VALRICO, FL 33594; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on October 21, 2013 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
