NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 16, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-014066, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, is Plaintiff and ROBERT D. CONNATSER; MELISSA L. CONNATSER; TAMPA PALMS OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; FAIRCREST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JENNIFER PIERCE, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 4th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 2300, FAIRCREST III. A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5269, PAGE 570, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
