NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 13-CC-008333, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, County Division, wherein KINGSWOOD CO-OP, INC., is the Plaintiff, and DONA MARIE CRIMENS, deceased, a/k/a DONNA MARIE CRIMENS, a/k/a DONA M. CRIMES; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, including but not limited to those Heirs and Devisees of the ESTATE OF DONA MARIE CRIMENS, a/k/a DONNA MARIE CRIMENS, a/k/a DONA M. CRIMES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DONA MARIE CRIMENS a/k/a DONNA MARIE CRIMENS a/k/a DONA M. CRIMES; MRC RECEIVABLES CORPPORATION, as assignee of PROVIDIAN BANK; PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES, LLC; and UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendants. Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on November 1, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Mobile home being identified as being located on Lot No. 13, 10917 Whispering Oak Circle, Riverview, Florida 33569 of Kingswood Co-Op, Inc., with the Vehicle Identification Number FLFLJ33B12055BA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
