NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 10, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 10-CA-003930 (I) of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, Plaintiff, and ANGELA CLIATT A/K/A ANGELA R. CLIATT, FLORIDA PREFERRED PROPERTIES, INC., are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 3rd day of December, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 33, BLOCK 8, NORTHVIEW HILLS UNIT NO. 3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE 69, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
