Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court for Hillsborough County, Florida, Pat Frank the Circuit Clerk for Hillsborough County, Florida, will sell the following property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida:
Lot beginning 220 feet South of the Northwest corner of the NW 1/4 and run South 120 feet, East 150 feet, then North 130 feet, West 15 feet, South 10 feet and West 135 feet to the Point of beginning, Section 18, Township 29 South, Range 22 East.
The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 3606 Drawdy Road, Plant City, FL 33567.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M., on October 15, 2013.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
